Use of the site

Eligibility

Daman Game reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any point and to suspend access pending such verification. Users found to be below the minimum age will have their accounts permanently terminated without prior notice.

Any transaction-related activity on the Site, including deposits or withdrawals processed via PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM, must be conducted using accounts registered in your own name. Sharing payment credentials or acting on behalf of a third party is a material breach of these Terms.

Account responsibility

Where account registration is required, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. Daman Game shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Intellectual property

Restricted use of content

This restriction applies equally to mirroring the Site on another domain, embedding Site content within third-party platforms, and creating derivative works that incorporate Daman Game's proprietary assets. Where you submit feedback, comments, or suggestions through the Site, you grant Daman Game a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in any media worldwide, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
